Charlotte Krutsick Obituary

Charlotte Ann Krutsick, age, 75, of Wayne, PA, passed away peacefully at home on Saturday, February 27, 2021, with her loving husband at her bedside.  Born in Philadelphia, Charlotte was the daughter of the late William Henry Harper and the late Sarah Ann (nee McChesney) Harper.  She was the devoted wife of Robert S. Krutsick with whom she recently celebrated their 44th wedding anniversary.  She was the loving mother of Tracy Sarah (Timothy) Blair of Greenville, South Carolina, Andrew Harper Krutsick of Pottstown, and Daniel Gregory (Amy) Krutsick of Phoenixville, and the proud grandmother of Lyla Grace and Remington Alexander Krutsick. She is also survived by Robert Steven (Amy) Krutsick, Laurie Lynne (Najja) Orr and Brothers-in-Law, John P. Krutsick, Bernard J. (Susan) Krutsick and Gerald A. (Carol) Krutsick.

Charlotte was a graduate of Roxborough High School, Class of 1963 and worked as an administrative assistant for the University City Science Center for many years. She impacted many through her involvement in the church and school community.  She was a long-time member of Valley Forge Presbyterian Church where she served as a Deacon, taught Sunday school, Bible School and adored her time as a teacher’s aide at the church nursery school. She loved to make the children smile with her silly magic tricks, fun and creative arts and crafts, and her infamous bug collection.  She had an endless love for all children and used her many creative talents to bring joy to others. Charlotte was actively involved in her children’s school, serving as Co-President of the Parent Teacher Council (PTC), where she was responsible for organizing several beloved events and fundraisers.

Charlotte was an avid traveler and loved sharing stories about the many souvenirs she collected from all over the world.  She had a big heart and spread kindness to many. Nothing brought more joy and happiness to her life than being called wife, mom and nanny.
