Obituary for Denise Marie Dougherty (1956-2020)

Denise Marie Dougherty, age 64, of Clifton Heights, PA, passed away peacefully on Monday, July 13, 2020 at Suburban Woods Health & Rehabilitation Center in Norristown, PA. Born in Philadelphia, Denise was the daughter of the late Anthony C. DiMascio and the late Elva (nee Bonvini) DiMascio, the sister of Mark DiMascio of Pompano Beach, FL and the mother of Katie Martin of Media, PA.

Denise was a high school graduate and worked as an administrative assistant for The Boy Scouts of America. Her love for dogs led her to do volunteer work with Rags 2 Riches Animal Rescue in Aston, PA.

A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, July 29, 2020, 11 a.m. at SS. Peter & Paul Cemetery, 1600 S. Sproul Road, Springfield, PA 19064, with Reverend Jim Cardosi officiating. The family would appreciate memorial donations to Rags 2 Riches Animal Rescue, Inc., 6A Rosalie Lane, Aston, PA 19104. Arrangements are by The Bernard S.
