Obituary for Herman L. Mabry (1939-2023)
Herman Lee Mabry, age 83, of Eagleville and formerly of King Manor, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, January 31, in East Norriton. Born in Eagle Rock, Virginia, Herman was the son of the late Charles Wesley Mabry and the late Josephine (nee Noel) Mabry, the devoted husband , for over 62 years, of Geraldine (nee Guzik) Mabry, the loving father of Adam Lee (Stacy) Mabry of Douglasville and Dawn Dennis of Douglasville, the proud grandfather of Christina, Christopher, Stephanie, Ryan, Chris and Brittany, the adoring great-grandfather of Cameron, Lillianna and Brooks and the cherished brother of Frank Mabry, the late Charles W. Mabry, the late Leona McGoldrick and the late Thelma Lapp.
Mr. Mabry attended Upper Merion High School and went on to become an accomplished HVAC mechanic, working for Devon Air in Wayne, PA, John H. Cameron & Sons in Chadds Ford and Polar Mechanical in Delaware until he retired. Herman got married to Geraldine in Sacred Heart Church and later became members of Visitation B.V.M Church. He was known as a simple man who was always there to help people. He always had tools nearby and was very handy with them. He enjoyed gardening, going on trips to Virginia Beach, fishing, and a car ride with his family.
