James Henry Dojnik

Obituary for James H. Dojnik (1943-2023) 

James Henry Dojnik, age 80, of Spring City, PA, passed away peacefully on Thursday, September 21, 2023, at The Southeastern Veterans' Center. Born in Buffalo, James was the son of the late Thomas Dojnik and the late Sophie (Nee Browreak) Dojnik. He was married for several years to the late Dorothy Dojnik, who passed in February 2012, and had three brothers that also predeceased him.

James had a GED and enlisted in The US Navy on July 21, 1960. In the Navy, James served on the USS Cimarron, earned the rank of HN, Hospitalman, received the Good Conduct Medal, Vietnam Service Medal and National Defense Service Medal. He was Honorably Discharged on May 8, 1968. After the service, James worked as a janitor for an oil refinery.

Funeral Services, with Military Honors, followed by interment, will be held at Washington Crossing National Cemetery, 830 Highland Road, Newtown, PA 18940, on Thursday, September 28, 2023, beginning at 9 am.
