Obituary for Marlene A. Ardente (1949-2020)

Marlene Ann Ardente (nee Kozlowski), passed away peacefully at home on Tuesday, June 30, 2020 at the age of 70 years ending her battle with cancer.

Mom was born on August 9th, 1949 in the small Swedesburg section of Upper Merion Township, Pennsylvania and was the daughter of the late John F. Kozlowski and the late Albina (Sniegowski) Kozlowski.  Growing up with seven siblings on Coates St., surrounded by family. Family is EVERYTHING. Mom lived out most her years in southern New Jersey raising her children and enjoying her nine grand-babes. Mom loved BBQs, entertaining family from PA, and the beach. She enjoyed summer evenings with Dan on the front porch of their Ocean City home.  She was her happiest when we were all together. She was talented in writing songs that blessed our lives. She loved walks and peaceful meditation. Mom was light, she was endurance, she was strength, she was the perfect words or touch at the perfect moment, she didn’t just love, she was love. She was selfless and kind with the warmest smile.  She touched the heart of all who met her. Moms presence will live on with us forever.

Marlene Leaves behind her Loving partner Dan Badagliacco, her loving children Joe Nawrocki, Rob Nawrocki, Sherri Barrella (Steve), Raquel Ardente (Joe), her Grandchildren Jacalyn, Stefanie, Samantha, Robbie, Emily, Jake, Frankie, Joey and Jenna, her brothers and sisters, Lorraine (Bill) Fryer, Frank (Terry) Kozlowski, Jayne (John) Zaremski, Ann (Tom) Lepera, lots of cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends. Sadly, Marlene was predeceased by her loving husband, Robert Ardente, Sr., her brothers, John and Leonard Kozlowski and her sister, Albina Principe.

Relatives and Friends are invited to her viewing on Friday, July 3, starting at 9:30 a.m. and her Funeral Service, starting at 11 a.m. at The Bernard S.
