Obituary for Teresa E. Bokoski (1931-2021)
Teresa Edith Bokoski, age 90, of King of Prussia, PA, passed away peacefully on Monday, July 19, 2021 at Suburban Community Hospital in East Norriton. Born in Norristown, Mrs. Bokoski was the daughter of the late Nicola Cinaglia and the late Philomena Ciabattoni Cinaglia, the devoted wife of the late Frank J. Bokoski, Sr. since January 27, 1951, the loving mother of Frank J .(Deanna) Bokoski, Jr. of Castle Rock, CO and Diane D. (David) Bitzer of Brighton, TN, the adoring grandmother of Branson Bitzer and Levi Francis Bokoski and the cherished sister of the late Dominic (the late Mary) Cinaglia, the late John Cinaglia, the late Nicholas Cinaglia, the late Rose (Joseph) Romano and the late Mary Battisto. In addition, Teresa is survived by her many beloved nieces and nephews.
Teresa was educated in Norristown and worked as a meat packer for American Food Service for 25 years. She continued working for several years with the Upper Merion School District as a cafeteria worker and playground monitor. She was a long-time and devout member of Mother of Divine Providence Church and was active in their Charismatic Prayer Group, as well as a member of Upper Merion Senior Citizens.
Relatives and Friends are invited to Teresa’s viewing on Saturday, July 24 from 9:30 a.m. until 10:20 a.m. and her Funeral Mass at 10:30 a.m. at Mother of Divine Providence Church, 333 Allendale Road, King of Prussia, PA 19406. Interment will follow in St. Augustine Cemetery. The family would appreciate memorial donations to Mother of Divine Church at the above address. Arrangements are by The Bernard S.
